Hi! We’re Jules and Adrian, founders of Holistic London Scented Candles.
After some time replacing our food and home/beauty products with more natural alternatives, we started to question how candles were made. Through research, we found studies revealing that paraffin - usually found in candles - releases chemicals which can cause problems, affecting your skin and health. And this is how Holistic was born, out of the need for well-designed, naturally healthy candles. Candles that we could feel good about burning in our own home.
Our candles are made with only two natural ingredients: organic essential oils and renewable, eco-friendly soy wax. As a result, they are plant-based, vegan, and cruelty-free. In other words, completely clean.
The packaging is recyclable and we've avoided any secondary packaging to minimise waste.
Holistic London is run in our studio in Chiswick, London - All materials are locally sourced.
Minimum order for delivery is £15
The standard delivery cost is £2.95 and the standard delivery time is 3-5 working days.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We want you to love your products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the shipping date along with your original delivery note.
Returns in the UK are free and we will refund 2nd class postage costs upon receipt of items in their original condition. The postage for overseas returns will have to be covered by the customer.
Returns or refunds on Sale items are limited to 14 days after receipt unless they are damaged or faulty.
We also cannot accept returns on custom candles as these are made to order.
All we ask is that the items you send back are:
In the same condition we sent them out to you
In their original packaging
To arrange a return, fill out the returns form that comes with your order and pop it back to us in your package. Returns sent to us without a note cannot be processed.
Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase. We regret that we are unable to refund the initial postage costs for returns.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Keep proof of posting.
