About Esska Shoes

Hello, I am Souraya and I am Esska’s founder and designer. I originally trained and worked as an architect before studying footwear design at the London College of Fashion. It was not only my passion for shoes that led to this career change, but really the lack of footwear aimed at women who place equal value on comfort and style. My aim was to make feminine shoes that were stylish and comfortable.

My moto: I believe in inner beauty and the concept of feeling good. It’s the harmony with oneself that makes one look good. 


Esska’s design aesthetic is refined and modern, seamlessly blending clean lines, layered materials and bold colours. The brand speaks to women who want original, comfortable and timeless footwear, taking them from season to season, enhancing their individual style, without compromising on comfort.

The shoes are designed in London and made in a small artisan factory in Portugal where craftsmen lovingly create the brand’s vision and incorporate the key product elements - breathable leather uppers & linings, padded insoles and a non-slip flexible rubber outsole. Esska strives to create shoes that are as wearable as they are beautiful, offering women the ultimate fusion in style and comfort.

Since launching in 2006, Esska’s distinctive footwear has gained a loyal following and today the brand is sold all over the world. With a fast growing wholesale & online business, Esska continues to expand whilst retaining its core values: being friendly, providing great customer service & staying passionate.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, Royal Mail and many other couriers are experiencing delays in their deliveries. Please bear with us and keep an eye on your tracking number. All orders go out tracked, and you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number. Thank you for your patience.


All orders received by 1.00pm (GMT/BST) on a working day, will be dispatched the same day.

  • ROYAL MAIL – Tracked 48 – 2 to 3 days - £3.50

If you are not in when Royal mail attempts to deliver then they will leave a card advising you on how you can receive or pick up your parcel. This is a tracked service, you will receive a tracking number when we fulfill your order.

  • ROYAL MAIL – Tracked 24 – next working day  - £5.95

  • COURIER – Next Working Day (except Saturday) - £8.00

This is a tracked, signed for, and guaranteed next day delivery service. You will receive a tracking number when we fulfill your order. Your package will be delivered with DHL. 

  • ROYAL MAIL – Saturday Special Delivery Guaranteed –  £20.00

For orders placed on Friday before 1pm, delivery will be on Saturday and should take place between 9-5pm.

*Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are extending our return policy from 30 days to 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You may return new, unworn or unused products within 30* days of the date purchased for a full refund of the cost of the goods. We advise the customers to return items & the completed returns form in their original packaging to ensure products remain undamaged in transit. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we would advise you to send it by registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery. The cost of returning the item to us is also your responsibility. We will issue you a refund (excluding the original shipping charge) on receipt of the return or exchange the item for a different size or colour if preferred.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend you use a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
